    Refurbished Mobiles FAQs

    1) Will I get an invoice for my order?

    Whenever we deliver your product, the invoice is sent along with it. You also receive a soft copy for the same. In case, you haven’t received it, send us an email at oders@irefurb.co.in, & we shall share the invoice with you again.

    2) Can I make parts of the payment by different modes

    Currently, no such option of part-payment is available in Refurbished Mobiles. You will have to make complete payment in one mode only. You can use any one of these payment modes to pay for your order.

    3) What are the payment modes available in Refurbished mobiles at irefurb?

    You can pay with debit/credit cards of Visa & MasterCard. Other digital modes include Net Banking, UPI.

    4) Will I get a warranty card with the product?

    We do send a Warranty card. However, you will have to register for warranty within 15 days of making the purchase on our website. The customer should write an email to return@irefurb.co.in with the service details and the invoice delivered at the time of product delivery.     5) Do these products have any major or minor functional defects?

    All our refurbished products go through rigorous testing at 32 checkpoints. We try our best to rectify them from all issues and defects.

    6) Is there a warranty on refurbished products? If so, how can I claim it?

    Yes, all refurbished products are covered under a specific warranty (6 months for smartphones). The customer should write an email to return@irefurb.in with the service details and the invoice delivered at the time of product delivery.     7) Is there a delivery charge?

    No, we do not charge any for any order for Refurbished Mobiles. it’s absolutely free.

    8) How will I know if my order has been confirmed?

    You will receive a confirmation email once the order is successfully placed. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID to track your order.

    9) How will my order be delivered?

    All orders are shipped by sellers through courier services who deliver the packages to your doorstep.
